Simon Ekpa reacts after Nigerian army declared him wanted for terrorism


Simon Ekpa, factional leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has reacted after being declared wanted by the Nigerian army.

Recall Dockaysworld reported that the Nigerian army had declared Ekpa who is based in Finland and 96 others wanted over terrorism and inciting violence in the country.

In his tweet, Ekpa laughed off the declaration, asserting that being labeled a terrorist or wanted for fighting for freedom signifies that liberation is imminent.

“Whenever your oppressors declare you a terrorist or wanted for fighting for freedom, know that your freedom is very close and they have seen what the doubting Thomases didn’t see in you. All that is needed of me now is to double the fire. -ESN”, the Biafra agitator wrote on X formerly Twitter.

Additionally, Ekpa used the opportunity to announce a sit-at-home scheduled for Friday in the Okuama community of Delta State, over the recent killings.
