Nigerian TikTok streamer Peller has expressed dismay at the death of blogger and fellow content creator Hushbobby, who died shortly after undergoing surgery reportedly paid for by the streamer.
In an emotional video that circulated widely on X, Peller said he received a call the previous day informing him that the surgery had gone successfully.
He said he was devastated when another call came the following morning with news of Hushbobby’s death.
Peller also questioned the hospital and medical staff involved, expressing frustration over the circumstances surrounding the death.
According to him, he personally paid N1.5 million for the surgery and was prepared to spend as much as N10 million if necessary.
“Why did they request the money when they know they wouldn’t be able to save his life?” he asked.
Hushbobby was known within Peller’s circle as a TikTok blogger who regularly supported and promoted the streamer’s content and activities.
