An unknown man has been caught by the security personnel attached to President Buhari, after he rushed him while at the Argungu festival in Kebbi state.

In the video the man could be seen suddenly making an eager dash for the president as he posed for photos.

He was however swiftly surrounded by the security who did not take any chances with the unknown character. His motive for the unexpected action remain unknown.
