ASUU STRIKE: NANS announces strike might be called off by weekend


The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), has announced on its official Twitter page that the recent meeting between FG and ASUU which was held this night has ended on a positive note and that the strike might be called off by the weekend. 

The meeting started at 4:30 pm today with the Minister of Labour and ASUU delegates present.

NANS was also present to represent the students’ interests.

The Student Association has also reported some of the issues discussed at the meeting. Reporters have been allowed into the meeting.
