Atiku Abubakar, the Presidential candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the 2023 election, visited former President Muhammadu Buhari at his Daura residence on Saturday.
This visit was part of a series of engagements with former leaders, as Atiku had recently met with former Military President Ibrahim Babangida and former Head of State Abdulsalami Abubakar in Niger State.
Accompanying the former vice president were Senator Aminu Tambuwal, the former Governor of Sokoto State, and other PDP stakeholders.
