Confusion as Soldiers storm police station to beat up policemen in Warri [video]

There was some mild pandemonium in Warri, Delta state when some soldiers of the Nigerian Navy stormed a police station and beat up the officers.

Dockaysworld gathered that the assault took place at the Enerhen police station on Friday, March 10, 2023.

In a viral video online, one of the female officers can be heard advising her colleague known as Kingsley, who was a victim of the attack, to avoid retaliation.

Others also tried to calm the officer down as he took the fight to one of the soldiers and vowed to not let him escape.

The police officers could also be heard calling for tear gas canisters as the matter escalated to full scale conflict.

It is the unclear what led to the fight between the security forces but the Navy has been duly informed of the incident.
