Student who called Aisha Buhari fat to meet husband Buhari after being released

The student who was remanded in prison for saying the First Lady, Aisha Buhari had fed fat on the poor, Aminu Mohammed Adamu, has been released and is set to meet the president himself.

The student of the Federal University, Dutse, Jigawa State, who was charged to court has been released after the First Lady dropped the case against him.

He was subsequently released and taken to Aso rock where he awaits President Buhari who’s said to meet him shortly.

The young man will be free to reunite with his family after the meeting.

Aminu’s guardian, Kabiru Shehu, confirmed the development:

“Aminu has been released. He is currently in Aso Villa and waiting to see President Muhammadu Buhari.

“We are happy about this development and we are happy. We can’t wait to reunite with him.”
