Sugarcane seller embraces cashless policy as he uses PoS machine for customers [video]

A sugarcane seller in Nigeria has been spotted with a Point of Sales(PoS) machine for his customers following the CBN’s cashless policy push.

The young man could be seen going about his daily business but this time with the machine on standby to enable him receive payments.

Recall the advent of the new naira notes rollout has led to a lack of availability of notes in general prompting people to resort to making transfers via their bank apps and codes.

The transfers have however had some hiccups, causing people to rely on businesses with PoS.

The young sugarcane seller seems to have keyed into this to keep his customers satisfied.
