The Supreme Court has dismissed the lawsuit filed by Ambrose Owuru, the presidential candidate from the Hope Democratic Party, seeking to remove President Tinubu from office.
The court also issued a fine of N5 million.
In addition to the N5 million penalty, the supreme court has instructed its Registry to reject any further frivolous originating summons from Owuru.
