Watch moment Governor Umahi reportedly supervised soldiers flogging citizens on his command [video]


The Governor of Ebonyi State, Dave Umahi has reportedly been spotted ordering soldiers to flog citizens over an alleged infraction.

In the video obtained by Dockaysworld, the Governor could be seen watching on as the civil servants were flogged mercilessly.

According to reports, the victims were civil servants and their crime was coming late during a project inspection.

The Governor’s team is yet to respond to the video as at the time of this report.
