Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara has vowed that he will probe the preceeding administration of his estranged Godfather, Nyesom Wike.
The Governor expressed his plans to set up a panel that would look into the previous administration’s actions and overall performance or lack thereof.
He disclosed this after the inauguration of Dagogo Iboroma SAN, who had earlier been confirmed by the state House of Assembly as a commissioner in his Administration.
Fubara lamented a sabotage of his efforts, citing it as grounds for his impending probe of the 8 years of Wike’s administration.
The Rivers Political tussle spans from a fall-out between the Governor and his immediate predecessor who’s now the FCT Minister. Wike said recently that he regretted his choice of a successor and promised residents of Rivers state to rectify it.
