Mentioning Peter Obi’s name is a disgrace to me – Tinubu declares [video]

The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2023 elections, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has thrown shots at his Labour Party counterpart, Peter Obi.

Tinubu who commented on some of his contenders said that he wouldn’t mention Obi’s name because it would be a disgrace to do so.

He hinted that the Labour Party candidate was prone to quoting fake statistics, stating that Nigerians needed more than such at the moment.

He made the statements on Friday in Gbaramatu Kingdom in Warri South-West local government area of Delta State, where he took his campaign train.

Tinubu had been addressing the Pere of Gbaramatu Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oboro-Gbaraun II, Aketekpe, Agadagba and the crowd at the Palace.

He stated that his PDP counterpart Atiku Abubakar ought to sit down and stop running for president after running for so long without a victory.

Tinubu, who was conferred with a chieftaincy title of Iyelawei of Gbaramatu Kingdom by the traditional ruler, promised bring the dividend of democracy to the region.
