No to War – Protesters take to streets of Kano over ECOWAS Plan to Invade Niger [video]


A contingent of Nigerian citizens in Kano state have expressed their displeasure at the order by ECOWAS to restore democracy in Niger.

In a trending video seen by Dockaysworld the disapproving Kano residents carried flags of France and Niger and chanted “No to War”.

The residents marched across a section of the state, expressing their displeasure as they urged the government to focus on the country.

Recall, ECOWAS ordered its reserve forces to head into Niger and restore democracy in the nation following the coup that removed President Bazoum.
