You’re disrespectful – Comedian Macaroni Tackles Wizkid for calling Don Jazzy influencer

Popular Nigerian comedian Debo Macaroni has said that Wizkid’s labeling of music executive Don Jazzy as an influencer was disrespectful.

Macaroni took to his Twitter page to call out the action as he stated that Don Jazzy was indeed an influencer and the biggest one of all across music and other genres.

He however said the context of Wizkid’s usage was disrespectful as he belittled Don Jazzy’s immense contribution to the music industry.

In his post, he praised the Mavins boss and declared that his influence across the entertainment industry was unmatched.

He wrote:

Donjazzy is perhaps the biggest Entertainment Influencer in Africa. And the beautiful thing is that his influence cuts across. From music, to contents, films, brands etc.
However, we would all be hypocrites to say that the context in which he was called an influencer isn’t disrespectful to everything he has done and is still doing for the Nigerian Music Industry.
An absolute legend. He promotes Music Artistes even outside his record label. Gives free advice and visibility to up and coming artists, shows love to everyone irrespective of their status. I am also a beneficiary of his phenomenal influence!
