The first babymama of Nigerian musician Davido, Sophia Momodu, has apologized on behalf of her daughter Imade Adeleke, for posting a photo of the singer alongside others including his late son Ifeanyi Adeleke.
In the photo Davido, had been with their daughter, Imade, alongside Ifeanyi.
The fashion influencer had shared the photo through Imade’s page as a way of wishing her baby daddy a happy birthday while condoling with him.

Many had however taken the matter to another direction as they dragged her for not posting condolences since the incident and only doing so now to cause clout.
She had written:
“Happy birthday daddy! I wish you peace, joy & love”.
Apologizing in an Instagram post on Tuesday, Sophia wrote:
“I realize that the earlier post may come across as insensitive and sincerely apologize as that was not the intention.
“Imade deeply loves her father and all her siblings, and as a mother, I’m doing my best to guide her through the difficult emotion of grief from the loss of her brother whilst trying to celebrate her father’s birthday. ask for your consideration and hope that you all can be understanding during these times. Thank you.”
